In order to track your order, you need to sign in
to obtain the Royal Mail Reference Number. You can then visit the Royal Mail Website for a progress report.

Cancellations: |
You have the option to cancel your order prior to its dispatch from our depot. In order to do this,
you will need to sign in and
cancel the order that has yet to be dispatched. NOTE, however, that our contract with you begins once
the order has been dispatched, and cancelling after this point will fall under the category of Returned
Items. Please review our Terms &
Conditions for more information.

Editing Orders: |
Once an order is complete, then you can only cancel it and then make a new order.

Returning an Item: |
Please return all items ALONG WITH THE RECEIPTS to the address in the "Contact Us" section below:

Paying by Cheque: |
To pay by cheque please follow the normal purchase procedure, but select Pay By Cheque at
the cheque out stage. Please put the order id (from the email we sent you) on the reverse of the cheque,
and make it payable to "Al Habib Store Ltd". Please then send the cheque to the address given in the
"Contact Us" section below:
